Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order of this Court passed on 23.07.2013 directing consideration of his case for payment of wages, in respect of the period, the petitioner had actually worked under the respondent, no payment has been made. 2.

I find that the order was passed by this Court on 23.07.2013, the petitioner did not make representation which is placed on record shows that representation which was submitted before the authority on 14.10.2016 and thereafter this contempt petition has been filed. 3.

Considering that this contempt petition for initiating contempt proceeding has been filed after more than one year from the date of passing of order. Therefore, I am not inclined to issue notice to the respondent. The contempt petition is therefore dismissed. This order shall not come in the way of the respondent in taking appropriate steps as per direction of the Court.
