Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board By 25/08/2015 Smt. Jain submits that during pendency of the petition entire retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid to him and therefore she may be permitted to withdraw this petition. She however submits that the petitioner is also entitled for the interest on the delayed payment and therefore liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file appropriate application/representation to respondent No.2 and 3 and in turn the respondent No. 2 and 3 be directed to consider the same and decide in accordance with law in an objective manner. Counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to the above preposition as put forth by the petitioner.

Accordingly the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state that if any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same would be decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
