Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPT No.141/2016 (M/s Sanjay Bajpai Builders (P) Ltd. Vs. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax & Ors) on 19.10.2016, therefore, the present writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPT No.141/2016, referred to above. A copy of the order passed in WPT No.141/2016 be placed on record of the present writ petition.
