2. The petitioner's application for grant/extension of parole is pending before the District Magistrate, Janjgir Champa (C.G.) against which, this writ petition has been preferred.

3. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State Counsel, would submit that the concerned District Magistrate, Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) would consider the petitioner's application.

4. In view of his submission, the petitioner's application will be considered preferably within 10 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, in accordance

with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
