1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that services of the petitioner has been terminated before completion of probation period, against which he has preferred two representations before the respondent authorities which are pending consideration since long and therefore the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the same.

2. Be that as it may, without going in to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take a decision on the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
