3. The Collector-cum- District Magistrate Janjgir-Champa (C.G.).

4. The Superintendent of Police Janjgir-Champa (C.G.).

5. The Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Bilaspur (C.G.). ---- Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Rishi Rahul Soni, Advocate.

1. Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that during pendency of this petition, District Magistrate / Collector has passed the order dated 2.7.2021 and subsequently petitioner has been granted parole (leave), therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been released from jail

3. In view of above, it is expected that respondent No.5 should take prompt action with regard to the order dated 2.7.2021 passed by the District Magistrate / Collectors and the petitioner be released forthwith.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition (Cr.) stands finally disposed of.
