Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 21/10/2016

1. Heard.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that two months time may be granted to vacate the suit premises.

3. The prayer appears to be reasonable.

4. The petitioner shall vacate the suit premises on or before 18.11.2016 and hand over the vacant possession to Janpad Panchayat, Pratappur on 18.11.2016.

5. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the observation that the petitioner will vacate the suit premises, as stated above, and pay the balance rent within 10 days from today. The petitioner shall give an undertaking in the shape of afÏdavit before the Janpad Panchayat, Pratappur, stating that on 18.11.2016 he shall vacate and hand over the suit premises to the Janpad Panchayat, Pratappur.

7. No order as to cost(s).
