1. Heard.

2. The present petition is for the reason that the petitioner's land has been acquired, however, the compensation though has been passed but the amount has not been disbursed on the ground that the fund is not available.

3. Learned State counsel was directed to seek instructions,

however, till date the instruction is awaited.

4. Taking into the nature of dispute, it is directed that if the compensation has been awarded and it has not been paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner, within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Jyoti Judge Sd/-
