The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking for correction in the cause-title of the order dated 17.01.2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No.61 of 2017. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the cause-title of the order dated 17.01.2017, the name of the present Petitioner, Roopram Verma, has been wrongly typed "Roopam Verma"

and the same deserves to be corrected.

For the reasons assigned in the present petition, the same is allowed. 4.

It is accordingly ordered that in the cause-title of the order dated 17.01.2017 in place of "Roopam Verma" which has got wrongly typed, it shall be treated as "Roopram Verma".

The present Cr.M.P. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Let this order be made part of the order dated 17.01.2017 in Criminal Revision No.61 of 2017.
