Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 24/04/2018 The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 21.03.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2443 of 2018. The only modification sought for is the correction in the cause title so far as the address of the petitioner as well as the respondent no.3 is concerned. The error which has been crept on the part of the petitioner is that while preparing the cause title, the district has been wrongly mentioned as 'Balodabazar-Bhatapara' instead of 'Janjgir-Champa'.

Considering the nature of request made by the applicant, the present MCC is allowed and the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in WPS No.

2443/2018 stands modified to the extent that the district mentioned in the address of the petitioner as well as respondent no.3 now shall be read as 'District Janjgir-Champa' in stead of Balodabazar-Bhatapara. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in WP(S) No. 2443 of 2018. Let the copy of the order of this MCC be made part of the records of WP(S) 2443 of 2018.
