The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 40/2017, registered at Police Station Patewa, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Undisputedly, co-accused Santosh Kumar Sinha and Sundarlal have already been released on bail in M.Cr.C. No. 712 of 2018, therefore, the present applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial

Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
