1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2018 registered at Police Station- Dugli, District Dhamtari, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same. However, she prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, looking to the period of custody of the applicant, the

trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
