2. After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive it after the material prosecution witnesses are examined.

3. Permission, being fair and reasonable, is granted. The instant bail application is

dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the applicant.
