1. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 18.05.2020 sent by Special Judge (Atrocities Act), Rajnandgaon (C.G.) requesting for extension of additional six months time for disposal of the case.

2. On 19.11.2019 in MCRC No. 5381/2019 which was heard along with 5829/2019, this Court had directed the trial Court to decide the case within a period of six months from the receipt of copy of its order. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further time for deciding the case.

3. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, six months further time, as prayed, is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case.

4. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court and also to the concerned District Judge.
