Agrawal Order On Board 24/10/2016 (1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working on the post of WDT Member (Mechanics) on contract basis and she has not been paid salary for the period from 1.3.2014 to 28.2.2015 by respondent No. 2-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Bastar and, therefore, she may be allowed to make representation to respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes representation to the respondent No.1 highlighting her grievances, the same is expected

to be decided by the respondent No. 2 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
