1. Heard.
2. These are the applications filed under Section of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2020 registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 506, 323, 342, 395 of the IPC.

3. At the outset, Mr. Tarun Dadsena, learned counsel for the applicant appearing in MCRC No.3522 of 2020 and Mr. Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants appearing in MCRC No.4076 of 2020 would pray for and are permitted to withdraw their respective bail applications.
4. Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. MCRC Nos.3499 and 3817 of 2020
5. These applicants being part of gang of ten accused persons have committed loot/dacoity of copper wire valued at Rs.17 lakhs from the possession of New Modern Technomac Pvt. Ltd. Company, which was engaged by the Indian Railways for
carrying out railway track electrification work from Kharsia to Dharamjaigarh.
6. The Security Guard working in the Company along with other coaccused persons have committed the offence of theft /dacoity pertaining to the Government property, therefore, no case for grant of bail is made out.
