1. This is an office reference initiated on the basis of request dated 07.04.2021 of the Special Judge (N.I.A.)/Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, C.G. seeking extension of time for disposal of the case. Vide order dated 17.12.2020 passed in CRA No.614 of 2020, this Court had directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within four months.

2. Taking into consideration the reason assigned in the communication made by the Special Judge, we are inclined to extend the period for conclusion in the manner that now the trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of three months from today.

3. A copy of this order be forthwith forwarded to the concerned trial Court for due compliance.

4. The CRMP is finally disposed off.
