(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make representation to the Superintendent Engineer (Vi.Su.)/Chief Electrical Inspector stating that his caste scrutiny is pending consideration before the Caste Scrutiny Committee and for grant of some further time to produce caste certificate. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) If the petitioner files representation before Chief Electrical Inspector praying for further some time to produce the result of Caste Scrutiny Committee within two weeks from today, the Chief Electrical Inspector would do well to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
