Learned counsel for the petitioners states that despite interim order of the Court, the respondent have moved application before the Collector seeking recovery of possession.

Shri Harsh Wardhan Advocate, who appears as counsel for the respondent Bank has appeared today and he submits that it was because of lack of communication which has now been rectified and the officer of the Bank submitted in writing before the Collector that there is an interim order, operating and the proceedings be kept in abeyance and they are not proceeding with the matter any more.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is disposed off.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shall submit a copy of this order before the Collector, Durg within a period of three weeks from today.
