1. This is an office reference initiated on the basis of request made by the Special Judge (N.I.A.), Jagdalpur, C.G. seeking extension of time for disposal of the case. Vide order dated 09.12.2020 passed in CRA No.794 of 2020, this Court had directed the Special Judge to conclude the trial within a period of four months.

2. Taking into consideration the reason assigned in the communication made by the Special Judge, we are inclined to extend the period for conclusion in the manner that now the trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of three months from today.

3. A copy of this order be forthwith forwarded to the concerned trial Court for due compliance.

4. The CRMP is finally disposed off.
