At the outset, learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that in compliance of order dated 15.01.2021 of this Court, report regarding death of applicant Ganesh Singh has been received from Station House Officer, Police Station Marwahi, Distt. Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi, whereby it has been informed that applicant Ganesh Singh @ Ganeshu, S/o. Samaru Armo has died on 14.01.2018 due to illness. He further submits that copy of death certificate and panchnama are also enclosed with the memo of Station House Officer, Police Station Marwahi. 2.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to submit the report of the Station House Officer, Police Station Marwahi with

its enclosures in the Registry, thereafter the Registry will enclose the same with record of this Case.

Since the applicant has died during the pendency of this revision and no application has been filed by his legal representatives for further prosecuting this revision, the revision petition stands abated.

In view of the above, instant revision petition is dismissed as abated.
