State of Chhattisgarh 11.06.2021 Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to dispose of the trial in the matter of Itwari Sahu @ Pintu Sahu @ Pintu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh (Crime No. 19 of 2019 registered at Police StationBakhara, District- Dhamtari, C.G.). PUD has been received from the court of Sessions Judge, Dhamtari (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to dispose of the trial in the matter of Itwari Sahu @ Pintu Sahu @ Pintu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh As request by the Presiding Officer of the court and on the basis of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD.

Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Now 45 days have already been lapsed due to ongoing pandemic situation, therefore, further three months time is granted for conclusion of the case mentioned hereinabove.

The time given shall start from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
