1. P.U.D. has been received from the First Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Special Court, District- Bilaspur, C.G. praying for extension of time to dispose off the Special Criminal Case (POCSO) Act No.67/2020.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.8119/2020 on 11.01.2021 directed the trial Court to dispose off the case within a period of six months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., finding them bonafide, I feel inclined to allow this prayer.

4. Consequently, this P.U.D. is disposed off and a further extension of six months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
