1. This is an office reference initiated on the basis of request dated 11.05.2021 of the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (N.I.A.)/Scheduled Crime, Kondagaon, C.G. seeking extension of time for conclusion of trial. Vide order dated 08.02.2021 passed in CRA No.690 of 2020, this Court had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

2. Taking into consideration the reason assigned in the communication made by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (N.I.A.)/Scheduled Crime, we are inclined to extend the period for conclusion in the manner that now the trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of three months from today.

3. A copy of this order be forthwith forwarded to the concerned trial Court for due compliance.

4. The CRMP is finally disposed off.
