1. P.U.D. has been received from the Special Court (C.G. Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005), Rajnandgaon, District- Rajnandgaon, C.G. praying for extension of time of further one month to dispose off the Special Criminal Case No.01/2019 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.8310/2019 on 12.06.2020 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a time frame.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow this prayer.

4. Consequently, this P.U.D. is disposed off and a further extension of one month time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
