(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the order of suspension dated 20.07.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Sarangarh, District Raigarh, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Collector, Raigarh, which has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date. (3) In view of above, the appellate authority is directed to consider

and to take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing of the parties preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
