1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his suit for dissolution of marriage before the Court of 1st Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Raipur is pending consideration since 08/09/2016 and there is no substantive progress in the trial.

3. Be that as it may, considering that the dispute is matrimonial dispute which is pending for more than two years without progress, Family Court, Raipur is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed off.
