1. Heard on motion.

2. On perusal of the material filed on behalf of the petitioner along with the petition, it is clear that the provisions of Section 156 of the Cr.P.C. would be first applied. Thereafter the authority under the law for issuance of any direction to any of the respondents would arise. In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner has to explore the provisions of Section 156 of the Cr.P.C. for redressal of his grievances available under the law first.

3. In the opinion of this Court, instant CRMP is filed prematurely. Therefore, it is disposed of as premature. The petitioner is directed to take recourse of Section 156 of the Cr.P.C.

4. No order as to costs.
