(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the application in terms of Clause 9.4.0 of National Coal Wage AgreementIX for dependent employment in favour of the petitioner No.2 is pending consideration before the Respondent-SECL and therefore, a direction may be issued to the said authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, Respondent-SECL is directed to consider and decide on the pending application filed by the petitioners and if necessary, the petitioner No.1 will be subjected for screening by the medical board, and appropriate decision will be taken thereafter. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
