(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide the impugned order dated 12.02.2016 passed by respondent No.2 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Rajnandgaon, the petitioner has been promoted from the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) to Teacher (Panchayat) and after promotion, he has been transferred

from present place of posting to Government Middle School, Aundhi. Against which, he has made a representation before respondent No.2Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Rajnandgaon, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously. (3) In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
