The appellant is not present when the matter is taken up for hearing.

As there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and also on perusal of the present matter it appears that the instant appeal has been filed against the order dated 18.01.2010 passed by the Single Bench in Contempt Case (C) No. 89/2009 under the provisions of Section 19 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Rule 158(10) of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules 2007.

On due consideration, the instant appeal is not maintainable before this Bench. The instant appeal is hereby dismissed as not maintainable.
