Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/08/2017 The grievance ventilated through this petition is that while placing the petitioner under suspension, who is working at Gariyaband, his head quarter has been fixed to a distant place i.e. Bijapur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner that the order itself is punitive in nature. It is submitted that he has been attached at far off place which is more than 400 kms. from the present place of posting.

State counsel submits that if the petitioner has any grievance against the place of attachment, he may prefer representation to the Government.

Having considered the submission, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the State Government to consider the case of the petitioner to keep the petitioner under attachment to any station nearby Gariyaband. The decision may be taken in six weeks and till that time, coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner in submitting joining at Bijapur.
