1. The present contempt petition was filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 11.01.2019, passed in WPS No. 196/2019. The respondents have entered appearance and have filed their reply and along with the reply Annexure R/1 has been filed, whereby the representation of the petitioner has been decided.

2. Given the facts that the representation have now decided the representation the order passed by this Court seems to have complied with.

3. If at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the same, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the same by way of a fresh proceeding as the veracity of the order dated 03.06.2019 cannot be tested under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Reserving the right of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
