1. The Petitioner has approached this Court ventilating grievance that though the petitioner has retired on 30.06.2017, GPF has been paid but Gratuity and Leave Encashment has remained unpaid till date.

2. I find that soon after retirement, the petitioner has approached this Court. The respondents, at this stage, are directed to finalize the petitioner's dues and inform the petitioner regarding the same. In case, for any reason dues cannot be paid, the petitioner should be informed within 30 days. Otherwise, the payments should be released within the said period.
