1. Petitioner would challenge the document Annexure P-4 by which respondent No.4 has been declared elected as President of the Sewa Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Lendhara, District Raigarh.
2. Since the matter pertains to election of a Co-operative Society, the petitioner
has alternative remedy of moving a election petition before the Dy. Registrar, Co-operative Societies under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the Act, 1960') and the rules framed thereunder.
3. The writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
