Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/08/2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order dated 24/05/2016. Though number of grounds have been urged, having found that the petitioner has challenged the transfer order after more than one year, that too when he has already complied with the order, this Court would not examine the legality and validity of the transfer order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred representation before the authorities.

Keeping it open for the authority to consider representation of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed.
