It is the case of the petitioner, in which despite time bound direction by this Court, decision of the appeal within two months as far as possible, no orders have been passed.

The time of two months was granted by this Court with the hope that as far as possible appeal would be decided within the said period. All attempts are required to be made for early decision in the spirit of the order of the Court. Let a copy of this order be place before the respondents to take decision on petitioner's appeal at the earliest at far as possible within a period of one month.
