Agrawal Order On Board / 1 0/201 (1) The plaintiff filed a suit for declaration of title and application for injunction was also filed. Application for injunction was rejected by the trial Court, which was also affirmed by the first appellate Court by the order impugned.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the suit within the specific time frame. (3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
