1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.56 of 2020, registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District- BalrampurRamanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive

MCRC No. 3579 of 2020 the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
