Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/08/2017 The transfer order is being challenged only on the ground of personal difficulties of illness of family members. In the absence of there being any illegality or malafide and unless it is a case of extreme hardship caused to the petitioner, the order of transfer is not susceptible to challenge by way of writ petition. The petition is, therefore, finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation.
