1. The present is an appeal by the Insurance Company challenging the award dated 20.01.2010, passed by the Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Katghora, District Korba, Chhattisgarh, in Claim Case No. 16/2008.

2. Vide the impugned award the Tribunal in a death case has awarded a compensation of Rs.50,000/- under the no fault liability.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the appeal of the Insurance Company only on the ground that the amount awarded by the Tribunal being only an award under the no fault liability and the amount also being too meager an amount for contesting an appeal. Reserving the right of the Insurance Company to take such ground in an appropriate case, the present appeal deserves to be dismissed.

4. The appeal thus stands dismissed.
