1. The petitioner through the present writ petition seems to be aggrieved of the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the petitioner for regularization in service in-spite of the petitioner having put in more than 25 years of service as a daily wage employee.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been working under the respondents since 1995 onwards and has been working as Moharrir on daily wages under the respondent No. 3. It is further contention of the counsel for the petitioner that even if the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 is to be taken into consideration, even then the petitioner would be eligible for being considered for regularization.

3. Given the said facts as stated by the petitioner subject to verification of the same, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 & 3 to take an appropriate decision and consider the claim of the petitioner for regularizing his service under the respondent No. 3 at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
