The applicant has preferred these two first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 06.02.2021 in connection with same Crime No. 36/2021 registered in Police Station- Chhuikhadan, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 457, 380 & 461 of IPC.

2. Previously bail application i.e. 3489 of 2021 has been preferred by applicant through his counsel Shri Pramod Ramteke and his associates whereas subsequently bail application i.e. 3508 of 2021 has also been preferred by applicant through his same counsel.

3. Since two bail applications against the same crime number are not maintainable, therefore, the bail application i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 3508 of 2021 is hereby dismissed as not maintainable.
