1. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved of the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting the benefits of the second time bound of payscale payable to the petitioner on completion of 20 years of service.
2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, he has got the benefit of first time bound pay-scale vide order dated 18.04.2006 (Annexure P/3). However, subsequently, having put in more than 10 years, he has till date not been considered for grant of second time bound payscale that he is entitled for. He further submits that similarly placed persons have already been granted the benefit, but without any reason and justification, the petitioner has been either left out or has been denied of the same.
3. Given the nature of dispute and the relief sought for, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take an immediate decision on the entitlement of the petitioner for grant of second time bound pay-scale on completion of 20 years of service interms-of the circular and regulations governing the field. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
