(2) The petitioner has challenged the impugned order of suspension dated 04.10.2016 passed by the respondent No.4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Jashpur by filing an appeal/representation before the respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Jashpur vide Annexure P/10 and also filed an application before respondent No.4

i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Jashpur on 17.10.2016 but no decision has been taken till now and this writ petition has been filed on 24.10.2016. Since the petitioner has already filed appeal/representation before the appellate authorities. (3) Respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Jashpur and respondent No.4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Jashpur are directed to consider and decide the petitioner' appeal/representation after noticing to the other side preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
