The petitioner has placed on record order dated 11.10.2017 passed by the State Government, by which, appeal against order of suspension has been allowed and the suspension order dated 18.07.2017 has been set aside. 2.

The only operative reason for withdrawing the petitioner from B.Ed. Training was his suspension. Now that the order of suspension is no longer exist, the petitioner is required to be relieved for the purposes of joining back the B.Ed. Training Course in Government Teachers Training College, Raipur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner during

suspension was attached in the office of District Education Officer. 4.

Once order of suspension goes, attachment automatic comes to an end. The petitioner shall first submit to joining as Lecturer in Adarsh Bharti Government Higher Secondary School, Arjunda, District Balod, if not already joined. Immediately thereafter, within three days, the principal of the said school i.e. Adarsh Bharti Government Higher Secondary School, Arjunda, District Balod, shall relieve the petitioner for joining in the Government Teacher Training College Raipur. 5.

The petitioner shall submit a copy of this order for necessary compliance before respondents No.3 & 4 as also Principal, Teacher Training College, Raipur. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
