1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non granting of the time bound pay-scale/Kramonnati on completion of 10 years of service as on 30.07.2017.

2. According to the petitioner, he was initially appointed as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 27.07.2007. He was subsequently appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-1 on 08.12.2009 and he was absorbed as a Lecturer (LB) Biology. The grievance of the petitioner is that considering the initial service of the petitioner as Shiksha Karmi Grade-

III w.e.f. 27.07.2007, the petitioner completed 10 years of service in July 2017 and as per the circular of the State, he would be entitled for the benefits of the time bound pay-scale / Kramonnati on completion of 10 years of service on one post in terms of the circular dated 10.03.2017.

Considering the nature of claim of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of at this juncture directing the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents No. 2 to 4 and the respondents No. 2 to 4 inturn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules, regulations and circulars governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date the petitioner makes a representation along with a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
