This writ appeal has been preferred against order dated 05.12.2018 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.3322 of 2018.

Though number of grounds have been urged, we find that the order has been passed by learned Single Judge in the matter of challenge to the order passed in revision by quasi-judicial authority. The petition filed by the petitioner though registered as Writ Petition (Civil), essentially was a petition seeking to invoke supervisory jurisdiction of High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

In view of the provision contained in Section 2(1) of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006 and plethora of decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and this Court including full Bench judgment in the case of High Court Bar Association, Through its Secretary Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. and other connected writ appeals, decided on 06.08.2015 in WPC No.2193 of 2014, this appeal is not maintainable and is therefore dismissed as not maintainable.
