Applicants have preferred Civil Suit No. B-06/2019 "Leelavati and Another Vs. Chhattisgarh State Electricity

Distribution Company Limited and others" before the First Additional District Judge, Ambikapur, District - Surguja. The nonapplicant filed written submission before that Court raising objection that jurisdiction does not lie in District Judge Ambikapur instead of it jurisdiction lies in District Judge Ramanujgang. The objection is still pending consideration before that Court. 3.

Looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that instant transfer petition is not fit for admission, in other words, the instant transfer petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed in limine.
