2. Registrar,co-Operative Societies, Indrawati Bhawan Naya Raipur, DistrictRaipur, Chhattisgarh.

3. Joint Registrar, Bilaspur Disvision , Composite Building, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Shri R.S. Baghel, Advocate For State :

Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 29/08/2017 Heard.

1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court only on humanitarian ground. It is submitted that the petitioner's daughter aged 20 years is suffering from cancer on advance stage and she requires constant treatment and if he is transferred, it would be difficult for him to arrange for proper treatment for his daughter because his wife is also posted at the same station.

2. Though there are no legal grounds to assail the legality of the transfer order, purely on humanitarian aspect, considering that daughter of the petitioner is suffering from a terminal disease, I think the Govt. should consider the representation of the petitioner whether he could be accommodated for some more time at the same station.

-23. It is submitted that representation has already been preferred. If the petitioner submits a copy of this order along with fresh application within 10 days, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 4 weeks and for a period of 6 weeks, the petitioner shall not be compelled to proceed on transfer under the impugned order.

4. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Praveen
